104820. The dental disease prevention program established by this article shall be funded according to customary budget procedures and shall only be implemented upon appropriation of funds by the Legislature.(Amended by Stats. 2009, 4th Ex. Sess., Ch. 5, Sec. 11. Effective July 28, 2009.)
