105257. Notwithstanding subdivision (f) of Section 1464 of the Penal Code, any state penalties paid for the violation of this chapter shall be deposited into the General Fund.(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 931, Sec. 10. Effective January 1, 2003.)
