106610. The department may, upon recommendation of the Environmental Health Specialist Registration Committee appointed pursuant to Section 106675, adopt any regulations necessary to accomplish the purposes of this article.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
