106875. (a) The state board shall examine and certify persons as to their qualifications to operate water treatment plants. The certification shall indicate the classification of water treatment plant that the person is qualified to operate.(b) The state board shall examine and certify persons as to their qualifications to operate a water distribution system. The certification shall indicate the classification of distribution system that the person is qualified to operate.(Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 305, Sec. 1. (AB 2890) Effective January 1, 2017.)
