107035. Any officer, employee, or designated agent of the department may enter at all reasonable times upon any private or public property for the purpose of inspecting and determining whether or not there is compliance with or violation of the Radiologic Technology Act (Section 27), or of the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and the owner, occupant, or person in charge of the property shall permit the entry and inspection.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
