107090. The department may establish a schedule of fees for permits issued pursuant to subdivisions (c) and (e) of Section 114870, and Sections 114885 and 107115, if the revenue from the fees is related to the costs of administering the Radiologic Technology Act (Section 27).(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
