115845. The public agency operating any water supply reservoir that is open for recreational use pursuant to this article may charge a use fee to cover the cost of policing the area around the reservoir, including the cost of providing the necessary sanitary facilities and other costs incidental to the recreational use of the reservoir.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
