No person shall maintain a resort unless signs indicating in plain letters the depth of water, the location of pools or eddies, and the presence and direction of currents of water are placed and maintained in the water during the season when bathing and swimming are permitted or invited.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
