116175. The department shall make studies and demonstrations as may be necessary to determine the areas of the state that have a high proportion of mosquito-borne diseases, including malaria and encephalitis.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
