§ 116225

116225. This article, with the exception of Section 116185, shall be inoperative upon a finding by the director that the federal government has established and is implementing a program that is at least as effective in ensuring that used tires imported into this state are free of mosquitos, as are the importation requirements established by this article.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
