116860. There is in the State Treasury the Water Device Certification Special Account. Fees collected pursuant to Section 116850 shall be deposited in the account created by this section. The money in the account is available for expenditure by the department, upon appropriation by the Legislature, solely for the purposes specified in this article.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 403, Sec. 16.
