116924. Where provisions of existing law are duplicative of this chapter, compliance with one shall be deemed compliance with the other. Where those provisions are inconsistent, the provisions of this chapter shall apply. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit or restrict the procedural safeguards against the disconnection of residential water service existing as of December 31, 2018.(Added by Stats. 2018, Ch. 891, Sec. 2.
