117005. Nothing in this article shall be held to prevent the grazing of livestock in areas embracing any stream or watershed where the grazing would not tend to render the waters unwholesome or injurious to the public health.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
