117095. Nothing herein contained shall permit or require fishing or other recreational uses in a secondary reservoir from which water is supplied for domestic use without purification treatment after withdrawal from said reservoir.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
