A state fish and game warden, police officer of a city, sheriff, deputy of a sheriff, person described in subdivision (i) of Section 830.7 of the Penal Code, and any other peace officer of the State of California, within their respective jurisdiction, shall enforce this article.(Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 411, Sec. 2.
