117910. The department shall provide ongoing technical assistance and guidance to local enforcement agencies to assist them in their decisionmaking processes. This assistance shall include, but is not limited to, providing all of the following:(a) Technical studies and reports. (b) Copies of innovative facility operation plans. (c) Investigative findings and analysis of new waste management practices and procedures. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
