118150. Each enforcement agency shall follow procedures that are consistent with the Medical Waste Management Act and the regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter, when issuing medical waste permits.(Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 564, Sec. 66. (AB 333) Effective January 1, 2015.)
