118245. The department shall charge an application fee for evaluation of an alternative treatment technology of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) and shall charge an additional fee equal to one hundred dollars ($100) per hour for each hour which the department spends on processing the application, but not more than a total of five thousand dollars ($5,000), or as provided in the regulations adopted by the department, not to exceed the reasonable regulatory costs of the department.(Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 564, Sec. 74.
