118425. No person conducting, operating, or having charge or control of, any hotel, restaurant, factory, store, barber shop, office building, school, public hall, railroad train, railway station, boat, or any other public place, room, or conveyance, shall maintain or keep in or about any such place any towel for common use.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
