118455. No person shall supply or furnish to his or her employees for wiping rags, or sell or offer for sale for wiping rags, any soiled wearing apparel, underclothing, bedding, or parts of soiled or used underclothing, wearing apparel, bedclothes, bedding, or soiled rags or cloths unless they have been sanitized by methods prescribed by or acceptable to the department.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
