118475. The local health officer authorized to issue permits to launder, sanitize, or sell wiping rags shall keep a record of suspension or revocation of permits and a register of:(a) The names and places of business of persons to whom permits are issued. (b) The date of issue and number of each permit. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
