119160. Subdivisions (a) and (b) of Section 119150 shall be superseded by the enactment or adoption of any federal law or regulation prohibiting the manufacture of any aerosol product utilizing saturated chlorofluorocarbons not containing hydrogen and prohibiting the manufacture of saturated chlorofluorocarbons not containing hydrogen for use as an aerosol propellant in a can, canister, or other container.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
