119322. The local enforcement agency may, after providing opportunity for a hearing, modify, suspend, or revoke a certificate of registration or a health permit for serious or repeated violations of any requirement of this chapter or for interference in the performance of the duty of the enforcement officer.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 638, Sec. 2.
