On or before March 1, 2004, the Senate Office of Research shall submit to the President pro Tempore of the Senate and the Senate Environmental Quality Committee recommendations regarding the regulation of PBDE, including relevant findings and rulings by the European Union.(Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 205, Sec. 1.
