Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to restrict the authority of the Department of Toxic Substances Control to take action on any cleaning product pursuant to its authority under Chapter 6.5 (commencing with Section 25251) of Division 20 and consistent with this act.(Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 830, Sec. 1.
