108145. The term 'toxic' shall apply to any substance, other than a radioactive substance, that has the capacity to produce personal injury or illness to man through ingestion, inhalation, or absorption through any body surface.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
