The giving of a guarantee referred to in Section 108270 that is false, is prohibited, except by a person who relied upon a guarantee to the same effect signed by, and containing the name and address of, the person residing in the United States from whom he or she received in good faith the hazardous substance.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
