108335. The regulations shall be adopted by the department in the manner prescribed by Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. The regulations shall conform as nearly as practicable with regulations promulgated by the United States Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, Food and Drug Administration.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
