§ 108385

108385. A hazardous substance found to be misbranded, or to be a banned hazardous substance may, by order of a court or judge, or in the absence of the order, with the written consent of the owner thereof, be seized or destroyed.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
