§ 108395

If the court finds that a detained or quarantined article is misbranded, after entry of the decree the article shall be destroyed at the expense of the claimant thereof, under the supervision of the agent of the department. All court costs and fees, and storage and other proper expenses, shall be taxed against the claimant of the article or his or her agent.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
