108560. (a) All toys offered for sale or exchange, shall contain a label with the name and place of business of the manufacturer, distributor, or importer in the United States. (b) It is unlawful to fail to provide any information required by this section upon the request of the department. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
