108695. To the extent that the requirements of this chapter are identical with the federal act, all regulations and any amendments to the regulations adopted pursuant to the federal act, that are in effect on January 1, 1978, or that are adopted on or after that date, shall be the poison prevention packaging regulations of this state.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
