109285. For the purposes of this article and Article 2 (commencing with Section 109300) 'cancer' means all malignant neoplasms regardless of the tissue of origin, including malignant lymphoma, Hodgkins disease, and leukemia.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
