110035. All regulations pertaining to any food, drug, device, or cosmetic adopted by the department that are in effect on the effective date of this part shall remain in effect until the department adopts regulations pursuant to this part which repeal the regulations.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
