This part shall be so construed as to not be in conflict with the Food and Agricultural Code, or with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, Division 9 (commencing with Section 23000) of the Business and Professions Code, and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
