It is unlawful for any person to forge, counterfeit, simulate, falsely represent, or without proper authority use, any mark, stamp, tag, label, or other identification device that is authorized or required by regulations adopted pursuant to this part or the federal act.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
