110345. The label of any package of a food, drug, device, or cosmetic that bears a representation as to the number of servings of the commodity contained in the package shall bear a statement of the net quantity, in terms of weight, measure, or numerical count, of each serving.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
