111100. It is unlawful for any person to operate a water vending machine in this state that does not satisfy the minimum standards prescribed by this article for the design, construction, and sanitation of water-vending machines.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
