§ 100

100. The division may join various claimants in one preferred claim or lien as well as list them with the data regarding their claims in an exhibit and join them, in case of suit, in one cause of action in cases where no valid reason exists for making separate causes of action for each individual employee.(Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 90.)
