1000. (a) This division shall be known, and may be cited, as the Equitable Outdoor Access Act.(b) This division sets forth the state’s commitment to ensuring all Californians can benefit from, and have meaningful and sustainable access to, the state’s rich cultural and natural resources.(Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 939, Sec. 1.
