100013. 'Transit works' or 'transit facilities' means any or all real and personal property, equipment, rights, or interests owned or to be acquired by the VTA for transit service or purposes.(Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 381, Sec. 4. (AB 2196) Effective January 1, 2017.)
