10001.7. The Director of Finance shall notify the Joint Legislative Budget Committee of any hydroelectric power project relicensing proposal for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission that, if approved by the department, would obligate the General Fund in the current or future years. The department may approve that relicensing proposal not less than 30 days after the Director of Finance notifies the Joint Legislative Budget Committee.(Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 356, Sec. 52.
