Any media outlet that is subject to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. sec. 315(e) shall maintain and make available for public inspection such records as the outlet is required to maintain to comply with federal law or rules.L. 2010: Entire section added, (SB 10-203), ch. 269, p. 1231, §4, effective May 25.
