As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Department' means the Colorado department of state.(2) 'Fund' means the federal elections assistance fund created in section 1-1.5-106.(3) 'HAVA' means the federal 'Help America Vote Act of 2002', 52 U.S.C. 20901 et seq.(4) 'Secretary' means the Colorado secretary of state.Amended by 2016 Ch. 173,§ 5, eff. 5/18/2016.L. 2003: Entire article added, p. 2067, § 7, effective May 22.
