Articles 1 to 13 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the 'Uniform Election Code of 1992'; within these articles, 'this code' means the 'Uniform Election Code of 1992'.L. 92: Entire article R&RE, p. 624, § 1, effective 1/1/1993.This section is similar to former § 1-1-101 as it existed prior to 1992.
