(1) No later than the twenty-second day after any election coordinated by the county clerk and recorder, the canvass board shall complete its duties.(2) (Deleted by amendment, L. 99, p. 479, § 4, effective July 1, 1999.)(3) If a recount is held and the vote result changes, the county canvass board shall prepare and certify an amended official abstract of votes cast.
