Section 1-11-211 - Contests for district attorneys

The district court of the judicial district in which the contest for the office of district attorney arises has jurisdiction for the adjudication of contests for the office of district attorney. No district judge who is a contestor in any election contest shall be permitted to hear and determine the matter.
