§ 1-13-5-1005

(1) The return envelope for an absentee voter's ballot must have printed on its face a self-affirmation substantially in the form provided in section 1-13.5-605(1).(2) If applicable, the self-affirmation provided in section 1-13.5-605(2) may be substituted for the self-affirmation in section 1-13.5-605(1).Added by 2014 Ch. 2,§ 6, eff. 2/18/2014.L. 2014: Entire article added, (HB 14-1164), ch. 2, p. 40, § 6, effective February 18.
