Colorado Legal Code
(1)(a) In addition to all certificates otherwise required to be made of the count of votes cast at any election, the election judges are required to make an abstract of the count of votes containing the names of the offices, the names of the candidates, any ballot issues or ballot questions voted upon, and the number of votes counted for and against each candidate or ballot measure.(b) Suitable blanks for the required abstract shall be prepared, printed, and furnished to all election judges at the same time and in the same manner as other election supplies are furnished.(2) Immediately upon completion of the count, the abstract required under subsection (1) of this section must be posted in a conspicuous place that can be seen from the outside of the polling place.
