Colorado Legal Code
Any notary public or any officer authorized by law to administer oaths who knowingly makes a false certificate in regard to a matter connected with an election held under the laws of this state upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 2, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 80: Entire article R&RE, p. 429, § 1, effective 1/1/1981. L. 2002: Entire section amended, p. 1464, § 6, effective October 1. This section is similar to former §§ 1-13-111 and 1-30-125 as they existed prior to 1980. 2021 Ch. 462, was passed without a safety clause. See Colo. Const. art. V, § 1(3).
